Immigration Assistance LAWYER

Immigrating to Canada can be a great opportunity, but it could also be a trying experience, which is why you should hire a lawyer who understands the Canadian immigration law. The Law Office of Kalina & Tejpal has the legal experience and skills to help you throughout the entire immigration process. We will use that knowledge, along with our resources, to help you immigrate to Canada.

We have helped many individuals immigrate to Canada, and we can help you. To help secure your Canadian visa, we will provide you with a variety of options, including:

  • Study permits
  • Work permits (Live-in-Caregiver or Nanny, GATS, and NAFTA)
  • Temporary Resident (Visitor) Visas
  • Temporary Resident Permit to overcome inadmissibility
  • Business, skilled worker or sponsored permanent residence
  • Citizenship

We have developed a step-by-step process that has been successful for many of our clients. If you hire us to help with your entry to immigration to Canada, we will follow this process:

  • Introduction – You will receive a package from us with all of the necessary immigration documents and instructions
  • Completing the Application Forms – – We will ensure that all of the necessary forms and applications are filled out correctly
  • Application Review – We check over your application for any discrepancies, which will be eliminated during this step
  • Another Review and Additional Forms – We will move onto the secondary application forms and supporting documents which are required from you, giving those documents and forms a thorough overview
  • Prepare Our Legal Arguments – The legal argument, if necessary, will be prepared for your application
  • Sending Your Visa Application to the Canada Immigration Office – We will review your application again during this step before we send it to applicable immigration office
  • Receipt of Application – We will let you know when the immigration office has received your application, and send you any correspondence that we receive and advise you if any additional information has been requested
  • Interview Date – We will be notified of the interview date, or if there is a waiver of the interview
  • Preparation for Interview – Our lawyers will prepare you for the interview during this step; we may also conduct a mock interview with you
  • Decision – We will review the decision with you and advise you accordingly

Remember: You should never enter the country illegally; doing so could cause you to be charged with an immigration act offense. In addition, all of the information provided must be truthful, complete and candid. It is always better to explain your situation rather than hide any information. Any misrepresentation could lead to you being inadmissible or charged with an offence.
