o   Employment letter

Information from applicant

o   Employment since 18th birthday
o   Residences since 18th birthday
o   Details of any prior visa applications
o   Passport identification pages
o   Passport size photographs
o   Birth certificate
o   Full name
o   Current address
o   Date of birth
o   Email address
o   Citizenship
o   National Identification card
o   A Police clearance certificate for each country of residence for last ten years.

For each parent, child, and sibling:

Required from Both Sponsor & Applicant

o   Marriage Certificate (not the marriage licence or record of solemnization)
o   Divorce Certificate along with the previous spouse’s:
